RUBSI - Research Unit in Behaviour and Social Issues has for the past 2 years been participating in the european project Everywhere

Funded by the EC, this project aims to generate and validate a European model of HIV prevention in men who have sex with men (MSM) in different homosexual circles of Europe, sustained within an international network of public health organisations run by public administration, NGOs active in HIV issues or defending the rights of gay people or organisations grouping together gay business owners.

The prevention model aims to put information and prevention materials in clients hands in those environments where anonymous sex between men is practiced or that are related to contact between men, raising consciousness and joining forces with businesses from four environments in particular that are associated with homosexual tourism and entertainment in Europe: venues (saunas, darkrooms, discos), hotels, travel agencies and gay dating websites.
